Trick or Treat

Where does all the time go. Thanks for all the kind words about the retreat. It is fun to organize and a delight to attend for me too. Ask Jan what she found in her knitting bag after she arrived!
My Mom is here and enjoys seeing everyone at the shop. Knitted a hat for Dylan, finished a dress for Brooke and a scarf for Stefani. Working on a capelet from Knit Stitch by SallyMelville. Leaves next Monday.
I finished the miles of edging on the Pi shawl. Allowed myself to start a diagonal jacket knit from Taos. The pattern has been on my wishlist for over a year. Working on Christmas stockings for 2 customers and one for Miss Olivia, Now 6 weeks old. Must finish her car seat blanket since it is getting cold.
REMEMBER Nov 10 through 17 the Southwest Trading "Boot Camp " trunk show will be at the shop. 10th and 17th come and learn to knit socks. Features Tofutsie yarn but check out the new sock yarn from Collinette.
There was a series of articles on Knit Daily about UFO's I want to compile the info and share it with you all...there were 65000 UFO's admitted to in their survey !
Knit Pink last Saturday resulted in a $50.00 contribution to Breast Cancer research. (10% of days sales)
